The beauty of life is incredibly difficult to capture, and yet, from the dawn of time artists have been meeting the challenge. Beginning on Tuesday, September 8th from 10am to 1pm the Life Drawing and Painting Group will be imitating life at the YAA Gallery.The group is facilitated by Bess Cutler, MFA graduate of the Museum School of Fine Arts in Boston, former New York and Boston gallery owner and established artist.
Each week local and regional artists of all levels are invited to participate in drawing and/or painting in their preferred style and media. Ms. Cutler’s groups are known for their easy-going, friendly atmosphere and excellence of models. With a somewhat unconventional and dynamic style, a live model will assume short warm-up poses initially and then one or two long poses for the balance.
There is no instruction and a $10 per person fee to is charged to participate. Membership in YAA is not required. Please bring your own materials. Chairs, lighting and tables will be provided.
Fees: $10 that will go toward paying the model
